Bi Bi Chub Chub!!!

Time to blog abt my evil bunnies le! Long time nv mentioned abt them right. Dun worry, they are very in pink health and are naughtier than usual. Chub chub & Bi bi have grown up, both in size and weight. Hee, to date, they are 9 months old le. They will be moving into adult hood in 3 months time. Chub chub has outgrown bibi by quite abit. He is chubby as always his butt has turned rounder than before. Bibi has only grown in size but still, i feel that he is still skinny. In terms of the diet, chubchub has always been the fast eater and it has nv change. Bibi, being the slower eater start snatching food away from chub chub who gnaws down pallets in spilt seconds!

whahahah, i like to laugh at them when they eat their meals. hehe

And from the begining when we brought them back till now, they are still not used to being carried arnd by us! Damn it. i hate this but i dun care, just carry them to my chest. Chub likes to struggle violently and ended up scratching my hands and arms. Damn evil bunnies. But still i enjoy playing with them.

Tips to a Successful Interview

I came across an article that provides tips on how you can do well to make an impression during an interview. First impression is the key factor that determines if you are the one they are looking for!

It is discussed that interviewers took only 10 minutes to decide you. Often, we do not really know how to perform well during an interview. Especially fresh graduates and honest people like me :P (judging that most of interviews i went to nv call back, it is = FAILED).

So how do you impress the hiring manager given just 10 mins and being your 1st time knowing him? Joe Turner, the writer of this article has some tips to share with us:

1. Know the four most important questions
-Why are you here?
-What can you do for us?
-Will you fit in? (Will you get along with our values and culture here?)
-What makes you different from everyone else that we may have talked with? (Will you go that extra mile?)

2. Be Prepared for the list of common questions that are asked during the interview:
-Tell me a little about yourself." (Question #2: "What can you do for us?")
-What do you know about us?" (Question #1: "Why are you here?")
-Why should we hire you (over everyone else we've seen)? (Question #4: "Will you go the extra mile?")

Other than the above, we must also go an extra mile to research on the company and the role that we are playing for the position we applied for. Try these tips for a successful interview!

Another Nightmare!

With a glint of hope, i accepted another job offer one month after i left Kumon. Never did i know that i had gotten myself into another pool of shit until the very 1st day at work!

Terrible training session - we were treated like prisoners of Gautama gosh (^#o#^) be it going home, doing practices and leaving for lunch, we were heavily monitored. It is similar to that of micro managing, to which the bitchy boss of mine protested that she DUN MICRO MANAGED her employees. sorta contradicting right? Anyway, after 1 and a half months of suffering, i am finally out of her clutches and am free to look for another job.

Silently, i am praying hard to god for a better job offer to come by....... 30 March marks the end of my jail term. Finally, i'm freed off like a bird- flying freely in the horizon.
