Princess Titus

Finally have some free time to blog! He bought me this nice titus watch for our 2nd anniversary. A princess style watch for his little princess…. The face is confined with crystals in precise alignment, tinted in gold colour.

He must be thinking how stupid my present watch is….. no numbering hence this princess watch comes with nice numeric on its face, clearly indicating every hour of the day. Lovely watch

Was appointed the photographer for a 2 day event held last Sat & Sun. It had been my first in-door photo taking at night. The level of challenge doubles up having been a seminar with presentation going on for the night. As our D40 Nikon does not comes with the add-on speedlight, my colleague had borrow a Konica Minorlta Dynax from his friend.

I feel excited having been my first time handling such professional camera. It comes with lens hood also! i wanna get a speedlight and a lens hood for my Nikon also! It is definitely more pro than my D60! Woo hoo, feels like a professional photographer those 2 nights – Ah hem, here comes Ling the new photographer….
Gonna try out fish eye camera if possible..... falling in love with photography :)

Hee, nice lei! Then we went our night laidback at the rooftop bar at esplanade, enjoying our alchoholic beverages and drinking in the beautiful night scenery.

Continuing my entry on SixLives- campaigned for “Speak Good English”…

First praise on its story written in a blog style*** the story has somehow captivated my attention, continuing episode after episode. The unconventional writing style engages me into their story, drawing me as one of their friends instead. The 2nd praise is awarded to the comments and views posting on each blog entry. This creates interaction between the authors and readers too. A refreshing idea for new generation novelist and writers!

Speak "Good English" Campaign

Recently, I came across an article that is using blogs to promote the “Speak Good English” campaign on Today. Today papers have invited our famous Mr Brown to promote this campaign. (For those who are wondering- yes it’s the blogger whose blog was once closed for containing satire entries abt Singapore politician figures.)

Out of curiosity, I went on to check out how Mr Brown leads on the campaign. Interestingly, Mr Brown was one of the writers for sixlives.sg, an online drama whose episodes synopsis were written in the form of blog entries. A relatively new concept indeed – since blog has replaced our book diaries. Comments and views are welcome from readers, adding spices to this whole story indeed. Let me read the entries synopsis before I share more of it with you guys. That’s all for now.
